A charger cord snakes across the floor.

Rocket almost trips on it!

Raven looks down. "What do you notice?"

Nova blinks. "Hint: cords like to stay by the wall."

Cords on the floor

A cord across the floor can trip someone.

A pulled cord can yank a laptop down.

Cords should stay close to the wall or desk.

See a cord in the way? Tell a grown-up.

Be gentle with cords

Do not pull a cord to unplug anything.

Do not wrap a cord tightly.

Do not bend a cord sharply.

A grown-up moves plugs and cords.

Safety first
Never pull a plug out of the wall.
Never step on a cord on purpose.
