Tuesday: Clean and dry

Rocket sets a cup of water by the laptop.

Raven gasps. "What do you notice?"

"Oh! Water and laptops do not mix," Rocket says.

Nova nods. "Hint: dry is best."

Keep drinks and snacks away

Water can get inside a device and break it.

Crumbs can get stuck in the keys.

Eat and drink somewhere else.

Then wash your hands and come back.

Clean the screen the safe way

Fingerprints make a screen hard to see.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

Never spray anything on a screen.

A grown-up does any cleaning with liquid.

Safety first
Ask a grown-up before you wipe a screen.
Use a dry cloth only.
Cleaning liquids are a grown-up job.
Keep all drinks away from devices.
