Body Lab Day: Rainbow plate

Rocket draws a plate with just one food.

Raven asks, "What do you notice about the colors?"

Nova hints, "Fruits and vegetables come in many colors."

  1. Food gives your body energy to grow and play.
  2. Teeth and saliva get food ready to swallow.
  3. The food pipe takes food to the stomach.
  4. The stomach mashes and mixes food.
  5. Blood carries the good parts all around.
  6. Your body needs water every day.
