Your body needs water

All living things need water.

People, plants and animals all need it.

Your body is more than half water!

Water helps your body break down food.

Water helps keep your body at the right warmth.

Blood has lots of water in it.

When to drink

Drink water when you feel thirsty.

Drink extra when you play hard.

Drink extra when it is hot outside.

Fruits and vegetables have water in them too.
