Raven sits by the big window.

She draws a line. Then another line.

"Two birds!" says Rocket.

Nova glows. "Keep the tally going."

What is a bird watch?

A bird watch is quiet looking.

You sit by a window.

You count each bird you see.

A tally keeps the count.

One line for each bird.

Sort what you see

You can sort birds too.

Big birds in one row.

Small birds in another row.

Or sort by color.

Brown birds, black birds, red birds.
