The crew holds a "Real or Synthetic" game night in the galley.
Raven shuffles five cards face down. Each card has a picture description and a short caption.
"Some are true station records," she says. "Some I invented. Use the checklist, not your gut."
Rocket flips the first card. "A rainbow-striped moon! Totally fake." Then he stops. "Wait. Pause. Source first."
Nova glows a proud green. "That pause is the whole skill," she says.
Raven smiles. "And remember: even if we cannot prove it is fake, we do not have to share it."
Each card is invented for this lesson. Read the clues, then decide what the checklist says.
| Card | What it shows | Clues |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | A rainbow-striped moon | No source. Not in the mission log. |
| 2 | Tonight's star chart | Signed by the mission log team. Matches the printed chart. |
| 3 | A comet shaped like a rubber duck | No source. Caption says "cutest comet ever". |
| 4 | Sky Sorter's test score | Written in Raven's notebook. Matches the score sheet. |
| 5 | A dog skating on Saturn's rings | Shared many times. Nobody knows who made it. |
