Friday: Talking Tools All Around

Rocket makes a list of every machine on the station that talks.

"The door helper. The weather screen. The map reader," he counts.

Raven reads the list. "What do you notice they all have in common?"

Nova hovers by the list. "Who built each one?" she asks. "And what job does each do?"

Everyday talking tools

People use some talking tools in everyday life.

A voice helper can answer out loud. A chatbot answers in words on a screen.

They are tools people build. They learned word patterns from many examples.

Kids should always ask a grown-up before using any app or tool like this.
