At lunch, Raven reads a story about an old town. People wrote letters by hand there.
"Now people use computers for so many things," she says. "What do you notice that changed?"
Rocket counts on his fingers. "Messages, maps, photos..."
Nova bobs in the air. "Think about who builds these tools," she hints. "And who chooses how to use them."
Computers changed how people write, talk, draw and learn.
AI is one kind of computer tool. People build it to make guesses, suggestions or choices.
People also choose how to use AI. Families, schools and towns all decide.
Tools change people, and people change tools.
In this course, we learn about AI. We do not use real AI tools.
If you ever see an AI tool, ask a grown-up first.
Remember: AI can be wrong. Check with a grown-up.
