Riley the Raccoon taps a tune on a tube.

"Sound Hunt day!" says Riley.

"Find silent e words at home."

  1. Silent e works with every vowel.
  2. Long o: nose, bone, home.
  3. Long u: cube, cute, mule.
  4. Long e: these, Pete.

Walk around your home with your grown-up.
Find three things with a silent e.
Your nose? A rope? A tube? Say each word slowly.
