Freddy the Frog hops onto a lily pad in the middle of the pond.

"Ribbit! Each lily pad holds a fraction," he says, fixing his bow tie.

"To win a pad, add or subtract its fractions."

Riley holds up his lantern so everyone can read the cards.

"Remember, find a common denominator first," says Bennie.

Lucy adds, "And check with one half and one whole, to be sure your answer makes sense."

Freddy grins. "Then let the game begin!"
