Number Hunt
// Minutes, grams, kilograms and liters
⏱ about 15 min

Saturday: Number Hunt

Rosie and Bennie walk through the house with a notebook.

"Let us hunt for measures," says Rosie.

"Clocks tell time. Labels tell grams, kilograms and liters."

Bennie finds a bag of rice with a label.

"Look, this says 2 kilograms," he says.

Rosie finds a jug of water. "And this one says 1 liter!"

For a grown-up

They also measured mass in grams and kilograms and liquid in liters.
Ask them to read a clock to you during the day.
Let them read the grams or liters on a food label.

Great hunting! Next week Lizzy helps us read graphs.
