◇ STORY SWAP
Your grown-up tells you a story problem.
You solve it and say the number sentence.
Then you tell a story problem for them.
Try one story with two steps.
Draw a picture for one of your story problems.
For a grown-up
This week your child solved one-step and two-step story problems.
Ask, "Does the group get bigger or smaller?"
For two steps, ask them to say each step out loud.
Drawing a quick picture of the story is a great help.

Great hunting! Next week Lucy helps us with odd and even.
