Thursday: A three-number story

Chris the Coyote sits in the tall grass.

"Tonight's story has three groups to add," he says.

"Can you keep track of them all?"

Story: Rosie's garden party

Rosie planned a garden party for her friends.

First, 4 friends came hopping in.

Next, 6 more friends came along the path.

Last, 3 friends flew in from the trees.

Rosie clapped. "Look how many friends are here!"
