"What is that?" he asks.

Raven looks. "What do you notice? Almost empty."

Nova blinks. "Hint: a warning sign."

Signs of a low battery

A battery runs low as you use it.

The computer shows signs.

  • The battery picture gets small or turns red.
  • A message says the battery is low.
  • The screen gets dim.
  • The device turns itself off.

What to do

  1. Save your work.
  2. Tell a grown-up.
  3. A grown-up plugs in the charger.
  4. Wait while it charges.
