Crew Quest time!
Nova read every flight logbook last night.
Every drop came when steps reached 5.
Raven wants to test that clue at home.
You need a cup, some paper, and a grown-up.
You keep the steps box. They are the ship.
Make your steps box
Find a cup or a small box.
Write steps on a paper name tag.
Write 0 to 5 on little papers.
The quest program
set steps to 0 repeat 5 times: change steps by 1 take one step stop say steps
Each lap, swap in the next number.
Your grown-up takes one step forward.
Five laps, five steps!
Raven says: act out the drop
When the 5 goes in, your grown-up crouches.
Slowly and gently. That is the drop.
Which lap is it?
Level up: start at 1
Start the box at 1 this time.
The 5 comes one lap sooner.
The drop follows the steps box!
